In 2017, the Turley family purchased a 25,000 square foot commercial property in Greenville, Illinois, just 8 miles from their dairy farm. Over the course of the next nine months, they transformed the space into a Grade A Dairy processing facility. The first bottle of milk came off the processing line on May 31st, 2018, and was introduced to the St. Louis market.

Raw milk is processed and bottled into several Rolling Lawns Farm Milk products three days per week. In 2019, the facility opened to the public as “The Milk House”, providing customers from near and far with the freshest milk possible. And, in the Spring of 2021, The Milk House launched its own in-house MILK HOUSE MADE Super Premium Ice Cream!
